1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by bonYfin shop.

2. Services

bonYfin provides digital management services for employee benefits, including the bonYfin Card, the benefit portal and benefit payment processing.

3. Contract formation

The contract is formed upon written order confirmation by bonYfin. Individual terms are governed by the company agreement.

4. Liability

bonYfin is liable only for damages caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is limited to essential contractual obligations.

5. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.

6. Governing law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is publicated on demand.
